As the custodian of our events, you will plan and execute regional event operations which include, but no limited to: concept planning, event design, supplier liaison and selection, delegates invitation, registration, event flow management and trouble shooting, audio visual and multimedia design, security operations, photography and videography and post event report.
Your role will involve meeting and exceeding local and regional KPIs.
We are looking for an experienced events professional with extensive field experience, supplier contacts, and proven track record. Experience in an event company doing event production is essential.
You should have some formal academic training, although we value experience and culture fit ahead of academic records. As this is a regional role, you should be able to travel at short notice, and able to work extended hours when necessary. To succeed in this challenging position, you must be prepared to work hard and go through a steep learning curve, and be a go-getter and a people person.
